Architecture
Wincollect CRM connects through Azure Virtual Desktop for collection teams. Client Portal, Customer Portal, and Field Agent run on Azure App Services. All modules share a central Azure SQL database — with supporting services for integrations, file storage, Microsoft 365, and secure networking.
